At Qingshan Tea Farm, in the interior of Hunan Province at an altitude of about 750 meters, we find this tea that is still picked by hand. Our quality comes from spring production, harvested between late March and early May. Only unopened yolks are harvested and processed. The infusion is smooth, aromatic and has a slight taste of hay.
