Description
The tea industry is now the strongest economic sector in Rwanda. More than 90% of all production is exported. The Rukeri plantation was planted by Europeans almost 50 years ago and produces almost 3,000 tons of orthodox tea a year. This quality has a medium, dark brown leaf with silver tips. The flavor has a light touch of spices and a beautiful hint of citrus. The shiny cup unfolds a fresh spice aroma.
