Yellow tea is traditionally only half-fermented or partially fermented, and is compared to Oolongs. During production, the tea master must be very exact to stop the oxidation process at the right time. Due to its stimulating effect and many beneficial properties, it remained a privilege of Buddhist monks for a long time. Our Kekecha has a multi-colored open leaf with hues of bronze, golden brown and green, similar to Pai Mu Tan. The infusion offers a unique color play in apricot. The flavor is mild, with a hint of papaya and a subtle hint of spice.
